OpenBio-2025 is an already recognized federal-level event that brings together leading specialists, scientists, representatives of biotechnological and biopharmaceutical business, scientists and members of the expert community from Russia and foreign countries. The forum is aimed at developing a dialogue between business, science and the state, stimulating the commercialization of scientific developments and business development in the field of life science. One of the basic components of OpenBio is a conference of young scientists conducting scientific research in the field of life sciences.

On September 25, 2025, the Koltsov Institute of Developmental Biology of the Russian Academy of Sciences will host the International Conference for Young Scientists "Genetic Technologies in Biomedicine" with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (in accordance with the Agreement with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation No. 075-15-2025-464 dated May 29, 2025). The Academician V.E. Sokolov Theriological Society of the Russian Academy of Sciences will hold a conference with international participation “Mammals in a Changing World: Current Problems of Theriology” (XII Congress of the Academician V.E. The conference will be devoted to the achievements of the expedition and prospects for further research in the field of biology and ecology.
