In accordance with the memorandum signed by the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) and the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development of Vietnam (NAFOSTED), the partners announce the call for proposals for the first joint competition supporting fundamental and exploratory research conducted by international research teams.

Applications are submitted on behalf of a young project leader (under 35 years of age); the project can be implemented by a team with the participation of public associations, trade unions, institutions, and other partners. The maximum amount of support is up to 1 million rubles.
