1. Services of the Electron Microscopy Room are provided in accordance with the Regulations on the IEE RAS EMR and the Procedure for Providing Services and Carrying Out Research Work at the IEE RAS EMR.
2. Work at the IEE RAS EMR is carried out in accordance with applications and cooperation agreements for conducting research.
Applications are accepted from postgraduate students, doctoral candidates and staff of IEE RAS. Agreements are concluded with research institutions, universities, organizations, enterprises, ministries and agencies, as well as private individuals.
3. Applications are submitted through EMR staff and approved by the Head.
4. Negotiations with external users, the conclusion of agreements, and the determination of the form of cooperation are conducted with the Head of the EMR and approved by the management of IEE RAS.
5. Legal and financial documents are signed by the Director of IEE RAS or the Deputy Directors.

Rates for use of EMR equipment
1. The cost of services for using EMR equipment is set according to existing rules and approved by the management of IEE RAS.
2. The cost of non-standard services is discussed individually depending on the equipment used, the methods, and the scope of the planned work.
Access procedure and booking arrangements for EMR instruments
1. For IEE RAS staff:
- fill out the application form and send it to the email address of one of the EMR staff members;
- call the EMR staff and agree on a date and time for the work.
- when coming to the EMR, bring a completed application form signed by your supervisor and virus-checked media for recording the digital data obtained.
2. For external users:
- draw up an agreement and send it to the email address of the Head of the EMR;
- call the Head of the EMR to clarify the details of the work and determine the date and time.
- when coming to the EMR, bring the executed agreement signed by your organization's head.
