 Aleksey Yuvenalyevich Kudryavtsev, Director.

Born in 1959. Saratov Branch of the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution RAS, Senior Researcher from 2020 to 01.05.2024. Graduated from the N.I. Vavilov Saratov Agricultural Institute in 1992, majoring in forestry engineering. His Candidate's dissertation, «Successional Dynamics of Tree Stands of the Forest-Steppe Complex of the "Privolzhskaya Lesostep" Nature Reserve» (specialty 03.00.16 — Ecology), was completed at Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. Dissertation Council of the Institute of Ecology of the Volga River Basin, 2003. Total number of published works — 165, including 17 in rated journals. Research interests: nature conservation, forest science, the state and dynamics of forest ecosystems. Director of the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 01.05.2024.

 Olga Sergeevna Oparina.

Leading Researcher, Cand. Sci. (Biol.), Associate Professor in Ecology. Graduated from the Department of Vertebrate Zoology, Leningrad State University, in 1977. In 1992, defended her Candidate's dissertation, «Ecology and Epizootiological Significance of the Brown Rat in Plague Foci of the Northern Caspian Region» (specialty: epidemiology). Has worked at the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 1996.  

  Mikhail Lvovich Oparin.

 Saratov Branch of the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution RAS, Chief Researcher, Head of Laboratory, Dr. Sci. (Biol.), Associate Professor in Ecology.

 Vasily Grigoryevich Tabachishin.

 Born in 1967 in the settlement of Zhuravnoye (Lviv Oblast, Ukrainian SSR). Graduated from the Faculty of Geography, N.G. Chernyshevsky Saratov State University, in 1996, majoring in «Geography and Ecology.» Completed postgraduate studies at the same university from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, defended his Candidate's dissertation, «Ecological-Faunistic Structure of the Bird Community of Saratov» (specialties 03.00.16 — Ecology and 03.00.08 — Zoology) at the Volgograd Medical Academy. Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in «Ecology» (Biology) by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on July 2, 2010. Has worked as Senior Researcher at the Saratov Branch since 1998. Research directions: 1) Features of dynamic processes in amphibian and reptile communities; 2) Spatiotemporal and typological structure of bird communities in urbanized landscapes. Author and co-author of 564 scientific publications, including 44 articles in journals indexed in international scientometric databases (Scopus and Web of Science), as well as 6 monographs (Birds of Saratov and Its Environs: Composition, Conservation and Ecological Significance, 1999; Birds of the Northern Lower Volga Region: in 5 books, 2005-2011) and 2 study guides (Amphibians and Reptiles, 2005; Methods of Quantitative Surveys and Morphological Studies of Terrestrial Vertebrates, 2014).

   Igor Alekseevich Kondratenkov.

  Born in 1960 in the settlement of Nizhnyaya Krynka (Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR). Graduated from the Faculty of Game Management, Kirov Agricultural Institute, in 1982, majoring in «Wildlife Biologist–Game Manager.»

  From 1985 to 2016, worked with brief interruptions at the Saratov Regional Hunting Management Administration, the State Committee for Environmental Protection of Saratov Oblast, the Administration for the Protection, Control and Regulated Use of Game Animals of Saratov Oblast, the Ministry of Forestry and Hunting of Saratov Oblast, and the Committee for Hunting and Fisheries of Saratov Oblast. In 1999, underwent professional retraining at the Volga Region Academy of Public Administration in the «State and Municipal Administration» program for professional work in state environmental management. Awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Governor of Saratov Oblast in 1997 «For Achievements in Hunting Management and Effective Work in Preventing and Suppressing Poaching»; a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the State Committee for Ecology of Saratov Oblast in 2000 «For Conscientious Work and a Significant Contribution to Nature Conservation in Saratov Oblast»; and the Badge of Honor of the Governor of Saratov Oblast in 2002 «For Love of the Native Land.»

  Has worked as Senior Engineer at the Saratov Branch since 2016. His main research area is the development of methods for assessing the productivity, conservation and rational use of biological resources of the Russian Federation; author and co-author of more than 20 scientific papers.

   Askhat Borisovich Mamaev 

  Born on July 4, 1986, in the village of Savinka, Pallasovsky District, Volgograd Oblast. Obtained a bachelor's degree in natural-science education from Volgograd State Pedagogical University in 2009, and a master's degree in natural-science education from Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University in 2011. Began postgraduate studies at the Department of Ecology, Saratov State Technical University, in 2014. In 2018, defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences before Dissertation Council D 002.213.01 at the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Has worked as a Researcher at the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 2012, and since 2023 has combined this with the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Ecology and Technosphere Safety, Yu.A. Gagarin Saratov State Technical University. His main research area is the study of bird fauna structure and monitoring of avian community abundance dynamics. More than 35 works have been published in this field, including 12 articles indexed in Scopus and WoS.

  Tatyana Aleksandrovna Pereverzina.

 Born in Saratov in 1973; graduated from the Faculty of Biology, N.G. Chernyshevsky Saratov State University, in 1995 (studied there 1989-1995). Has worked as a Researcher at the Saratov Branch of the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution of Animals RAS since 1999. Head of the field station of the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 2011; currently works as Leading Engineer. Engaged in developing methods for keeping bustards in captivity and for their artificial breeding; author of 43 publications.

      Vladimir Vladimirovich Provornov. 

    Born 04.04.1986.
Graduated from the Engels Industrial and Economic College in 2004, majoring in «Economics, Accounting and Control.»

Graduated from the International Academy of Business and Management  in 2009, majoring in «Finance and Credit.» Has worked at the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 2005, as Deputy Chief Accountant of IEE RAS.

  Olesya Vasilyevna Provornova.

   Born 21.03.1984.
Graduated from the Engels Industrial and Economic College in 2003, majoring in «Economics, Accounting and Control.»

Graduated from Saratov State Technical University in 2008, majoring in «Management.» Has worked at the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 2017, as Senior Laboratory Assistant.

   Oleg Aleksandrovich Ruban. 

 Date of birth: 30.08.1966.

 Education: Moscow Fur College, 1987-1989, specialty: game management.

 Position: Senior Laboratory Assistant at the Saratov Branch of IEE RAS since 1998.

 Duties: participation in field survey work, preparation of navigation and cartographic materials, technical work.
