To raise awareness among employees of organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation about the possibility of exercising their housing rights by joining a housing cooperative, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia is sending a presentation of the Proton Housing Cooperative, located in Troitsk, Moscow.
PROTON Housing Cooperative was established in accordance with Federal Law No. 161-FZ of July 24, 2008, "On Promoting the Development of Housing Construction," to implement a project to construct a multi-apartment residential building in New Moscow at the following address: Moscow, Troitsk Urban District, Fizicheskaya Street (cadastral plot number: 77:19:0000000:1265). The project is being implemented within the framework of the state program “Provision of affordable and comfortable housing and public utilities to citizens of the Russian Federation” (approved by the RF Government Resolution of 30.12.2017 No. 1710) on the initiative of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the Institute of Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
