- Information and analytical support for the creation, protection, and commercialization of intellectual property.
- Assisting in the protection of intellectual property rights, promoting them, and meeting demand for innovative products and technological solutions in the Russian economy and the economies of friendly countries.
- Supporting patent activity at the Institute and accompanying the process of transferring intellectual property rights of the Institute's developers.
- Studying the interest and needs of Russian and foreign markets in the Institute's intellectual property and searching for potential partners.
- Searching for potential investors to finance the refinement of intellectual property to the level of a commercial product.
- Marketing services for the Institute's units in promoting RIA and innovative technologies to Russian and foreign markets.
- Technology transfer and commercialization of the Institute's intellectual property, including: analysis of commercial proposals from potential licensees and investors; promotion and advertising of specific developments (technologies) and RIA; preparation and conclusion of license agreements and rights-assignment contracts; other support for the realization of intellectual property.
- Subsequent support for the execution of concluded agreements.
- Establishing and maintaining the Institute's presence at Russian and foreign commercialization venues and in innovative technology transfer networks.
- Creating an effective IT platform to support the Center's activities and the successful implementation of services and tasks set by the Institute's management.
