
The Russian Science Foundation has announced the results of its competition for projects led by young scientists and its competition for project extensions supported by RSF grants in 2023. A total of 453 projects will receive support based on the results of both competitions. The Foundation's grant amounts to between 3 and 6 million rubles annually.
The project "Suspended Soils of Tropical Rainforest Epiphytes: Genesis, Biota Diversity, and Role in the Carbon Cycle" by Vladislav Dmitrievich Leonov, PhD, a research fellow at the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution (IEE RAS), was supported.
