The Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences invites you to participate in the International Scientific Conference "P.P. Semenov-Tyan-Shansky and Modern Geography." The event is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of this outstanding scholar and public figure.
The conference will be held April 26-29, 2027, in Moscow at the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Staromonetny Lane, 29, Bldg. 4). It will bring together the scholar's descendants, researchers of his legacy, as well as Russian and international geographers and specialists in related fields.
