Applications are now being accepted for the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Scholarship Program for studies, internships, and professional development at Vietnamese universities in the 2026/2027 academic year.
As part of the admission plan for the 2026/2027 academic year, 75 (seventy-five) quota places have been approved:
1) 30 places in higher education programs – undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral (doctoral) programs;
2) 30 places in the Vietnamese language internship program lasting from 3 to 10 months;
3) 15 places in the Vietnamese language teacher training program lasting from 3 to 10 months.
Russian citizens who are full-time students in higher education programs—undergraduate, specialist, and master's degrees, postgraduate programs for training research and teaching staff, residency programs, and assistantship programs—are eligible to participate in the selection process. They are also eligible to work as researchers, teaching staff, and academics, particularly Vietnamese language teachers, or administrative and managerial staff at Russian higher education institutions and research organizations.
Applicant applications will be accepted until May 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM Moscow time.
Organizations where candidates are studying or employed must send a letter with a list of recommended candidates in the prescribed format to the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Interobrazovanie" by May 22, 2026, 4:00 PM Moscow time.
Please note that candidates must, in addition to the electronic version, also submit the original consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure outlined in the Information Letter by May 29, 2026, 4:00 PM Moscow time.
