The competition for young scientists is a joint project of the Sistema Charitable Foundation and the Russian Academy of Sciences, supported by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and Russian technology companies. The competition is aimed at supporting students and young scientists who develop and implement the results of innovative scientific developments, the latest research in priority sectors of the economy.
Participants - one young scientist or a team of students and young scientists up to three people, citizens of the Russian Federation, can present their own scientific research and innovative developments, the results of which are of practical importance for the development of priority knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy.
The competition is held in 10 nominations harmonized with the priorities of scientific and technological development of Russia in order to support applied scientific developments and fundamental research. Applications for the Competition are accepted on the Lift to the Future platform https://lift-bf.ru/contest/ran-2025 and will last until July 20, 2025.
The names of the winners selected based on the results of the two-stage examination will be announced by November 1, 2025. The authors of the best innovative solutions and research results will receive information and expert support in addition to funds.
