Establishing a connection between specialists
We are creating on the website a database of specialist theriologists of Russia. By registering and filling out your profile, you will help your colleagues find out about you, establish contacts for collaboration or request a publication. After registration, you will be able to search for the necessary specialist by region, object or problem. This section is new for our site. Please fill out your profile! You can always return to your personal account to register for the conference and make changes to the data.
Latest news
Zoologists around the world are now changing their work plans and meetings with colleagues. Some conferences are rescheduled for later dates, others are canceled until the situation changes. In some cases, this affected the deadlines for submitting abstracts, but not in others. The website of the Theriological Society contains relevant information on conferences and other events.
Conference Information
In the calendar you can find the events that will take place in Russia. There is now information on additional conferences of other organizations, that will take place in the near future.
The website presents working groups and projects of the Theriological Society. They are not completely filled out at this moment. Participants and group leaders, please send your pictures and relevant information.
In addition, the site provides information on the structure of the Society and the Journal it publishes - the Russian Journal of Theriology (part of WoS).
The Teriological Society of RAS is well known in the world and is a member of the International Zoological Union (IZS) and the European Mammal Conservation Network.
Feel free to send questions, suggestions or comments regarding the operation of the site, we will be very happy to receive constructive ideas for improvements and corrections.
