The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation announces the XII All-Russian Prize "For Loyalty to Science," one of the key events of the Decade of Science and Technology declared by the President of the Russian Federation.
The prize is highly significant for the development of Russian science, fosters a positive image of scientists, attracts young people to the field of science and technology, and strengthens public confidence in the achievements of Russian science.
The results of the 2025 Prize demonstrated strong interest from the professional community. A record number of applications were received – over 2,000 projects from 81 regions of the Russian Federation. The awards ceremony brought together leading scientists, government officials, and media representatives, confirming the Prize's status as the country's premier scientific and educational award.
In 2026, the Prize will be awarded in the following nominations: "Science Press Service of the Year", "Science Journalist of the Year", "Author of Digital Content", "Recognition" (candidates are nominated by members of the Prize organizing committee), "Russian Science for the World (nomination named after Konstantin Eduardovich Iolkovsky)", "Special Prize named after Daniil Granin" (candidates are nominated by members of the Prize organizing committee), "Science for Children", "On the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Scientific Research", as well as in new nominations "Working with Experience: the Contribution of Scientists to Space Exploration", "Special Prize named after Igor Gorynin" and "Special Prize named after Khristopher Ledentsov", including the subnominations "Foundations" and "Enterprises".
