On November 6, employees of the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution RAS gave lectures for the guests of the Golden Turtle festival, which took place in the New Tretyakov Gallery from October 15 to November 20.
Svetlana Artemyeva, Leading Engineer of the IEE RAS, Head of the Expedition to Study Arctic Animal Species, Head of the Walrus Study Project, delivered a lecture entitled “The Walrus, Guardian of the North”.
Ilya Mordvintsev, Leading Researcher at the IEE RAS, gave a lecture “The Polar Bear: Let's learn more about its life”.
Listeners of all ages asked scientists questions about the life of animals.
