Schedule of personal reception of citizens by the Director of IEE RAS
Reception hours on working days: the last Wednesday of the month, from 15:00 to 17:30.
Citizens are received on the premises of IEE RAS at:
33 Leninsky Prospekt, Moscow, once a month — on the last Wednesday of the month. The reception takes place in the office of the Director of IEE RAS or in a specially equipped room fitted with office equipment and adapted for people with disabilities.
Personal reception of citizens is conducted in accordance with Article 13 of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 59-FZ of 2 May 2006 “On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Citizens of the Russian Federation”.
The place of reception and the established days and hours are approved by Order of IEE RAS No. 9d of 27 June 2025 “On the Procedure for Organising the Personal Reception of Citizens by Officials of IEE RAS”.
Citizens are received in order of priority by prior appointment. Appointments are made during working hours by telephone, no later than three working days before the date of reception.
